As a multiservice agency focused on serving individuals with develomental disabilities, Community Partnerships of Idaho was looking for ways to boost recruiting and encourage applications. To accomplish this, SOVRN focused on solidifying their brand positioning, improving their visual language and developing key messaging. We created event materials and displays to be used at job fairs and hiring events, as well as supplied video production for a series of stories highlighting the CPI culture including interviews with current employees. We constructed career-centric messaging and video content for social media platforms along with a weekly rollout plan supporting a wide range of digital marketing efforts. A custom landing page for prospects was implemented in the career section of their website to align with the campaign and ensure application intake was easy.
