How do you create an employee recruitment campaign that showcases the diversity of your employees and limitless opportunities, while also coming across as authentic? We sought to answer this question when hired by Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a national insurance company with employees from all walks of life.
The campaign focused on telling genuine stories from employees whose careers flourished at MMA, from career changes to acquisitions, lifers to boomerangers—leaving and coming back. The stories were captured for print materials and video. Production took our crew to the San Francisco Bay, all the way up to New York City, and back across the country to Houston and Dallas. Not only were the cities varied, but the stories and experiences were as well, from hiking dogs and hosting a Texas BBQ dinner to practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and roller skating with family — and yes, filming while skating was as fun as it was challenging. This footage and photos culminated in six unique, authentic stories showing MMA employees making a difference and exploring what it means to have a limitless future.
