Idaho Forest Group knows how important people are to its business, so when they needed help recruiting for their mill in Lewiston we got to work. It started with a tour of one of the most technologically advanced lumber mills in America. Because the videos needed to focus on recruitment efforts for the mill in Lewiston, we felt it was important to not only show the different aspects of working at IFG, but to also include a good mix of the lifestyle and activities the Lewiston area has to offer. After selecting three talented IFG team members, we put together a plan to capture their stories. We spent a couple days in Lewiston capturing some great footage at the mill, activities in the area, as well as the personal life these employees life in Northern Idaho.
